Members of the PRIDE Team will abide by these rules…

  • Do not use any illegal drug. This includes alcohol, tobacco, inhalants and all other illegal drugs.
  • Conduct all personal activities in a safe, violence-free manner.
  • Plan drug-free social activities. Do not attend or host parties where alcohol or other drugs are being used or sold. Report suspected problems to a proper adult.
  • Attend meetings and events as scheduled. (Be on time and prepared.)
  • Present a healthy, positive image at all times in the community and at school. This includes appropriate dress, behavior and language.
  • Adhere to all PRIDE Team rules and school policies.
  • Plan and present school/community programs. Programs may be service, social, educational or recreational.
  • Recruit and train new members.
  • Consequences for breaking PRIDE rules…
    • Notification to parents.
    • Carry out school policies.
    • Suspended from PRIDE conference/performance/programs up to one semester or more, depending on the circumstances. Regular membership can be maintained and is encouraged.
